BYD Cars Philippines is giving Filipino buyers more electrified options with the launch of the ATTO 2 EV, ATTO 2 DM-i, and SEAL 5 DM-i. Whether you’re looking to go fully electric or want the flexibility of a plug-in hybrid, the three new models are designed to cater to different lifestyles and driving needs.
BYD ATTO 2 EV
A compact electric SUV for everyday driving
The BYD ATTO 2 EV is BYD’s newest fully electric SUV, offering a balance of practicality, technology, and everyday usability. It features a 45.1 kWh BYD Blade Battery that produces 177 PS and 290 Nm of torque, with a driving range of up to 380 km (NEDC). It also supports 65 kW DC fast charging and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) functionality.
Inside, drivers get a 12.8-inch rotating touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster, leather seats, and automatic climate control.

The same SUV, now with plug-in hybrid flexibility
Sharing the same compact SUV design as the EV, the BYD ATTO 2 DM-i is powered by BYD’s latest Super DM-i plug-in hybrid technology. It combines a 7.9 kWh Blade Battery with a hybrid powertrain producing 165 PS and 300 Nm of torque.
The system delivers up to 45 km of pure electric driving and a combined driving range of up to 1,045 km, making it ideal for daily commutes and long-distance trips.
The cabin features a 10.1-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, and a spacious interior.

Also joining BYD’s growing lineup is the new BYD SEAL 5 DM-i, bringing the brand’s plug-in hybrid technology to the sedan segment.
Powered by a 7.9 kWh BYD Blade Battery, the BYD SEAL 5 DM-i produces 165 PS and 300 Nm of torque, offering up to 45 km of all-electric driving and an impressive combined driving range of over 1,600 km.
Inside, the sedan comes equipped with a 10.1-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, and 60:40 split-fold rear seats.
