Hybrid SUV leads segment sales from January to May 2026
MANILA, Philippines, June 17, 2026 – The Ford Territory Hybrid has become the bestselling small utility hybrid vehicle in the Philippines, according to the latest sales data released by the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) covering January to May 2026.
The Territory Hybrid recorded 2,226 units sold during the first five months of the year, outperforming the next best-selling vehicle in the segment by more than 500 units.
Since its launch in August 2025, the Territory Hybrid has maintained strong demand among Filipino buyers. The model surpassed the 1,000 unit sales mark within its first few months and closed 2025 with 1,645 units sold. Its continued momentum in 2026 has helped position it as the country’s top-selling small utility hybrid vehicle.
“The remarkable sales performance of the Ford Territory Hybrid reflects the growing interest of Filipino customers in electrified mobility,” said Pedro Simoes, Managing Director of Ford Philippines. “Seeing the Territory Hybrid rise to the top of its segment in such a short period validates our commitment to bringing practical and accessible hybrid technology to the market.”
The Territory Hybrid combines a gasoline engine and electric motor to deliver a balance of efficiency and performance for daily driving. It offers a fuel economy rating of 19.6 km/L and a driving range of up to 1,000 kilometers on a full tank. In separate testing conducted during the Department of Energy’s 2025 Fuel Eco-Run, the model achieved a fuel economy rating of 23.71 km/L.
Designed for urban commutes and longer journeys alike, the hybrid SUV features multiple drive modes and a seamless transition between electric and gasoline power, providing a refined and responsive driving experience while helping improve fuel efficiency in stop-and-go traffic conditions.

The Ford Territory Hybrid Trend starts at PHP 1,399,000. For June, customers can enjoy PHP 40,000 cash savings or an all-in downpayment offer of PHP 79,000 on the Trend variant, while the Territory Hybrid Titanium X is available with PHP 50,000 cash savings or an all-in downpayment of PHP 89,000.
