Manila, Philippines — Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) is implementing a proactive service update for selected units of the Hyundai PALISADE Hybrid currently available in the Philippines.

As part of Hyundai’s ongoing commitment to safety and quality, authorized dealerships nationwide will carry out a software update for affected PALISADE Hybrid units. The update improves how the second- and third-row power seats operate, giving users better control during use.

The update replaces the one-touch seat activation with a press-and-hold function. This means passengers will need to intentionally hold the button to fold or unfold the seats, helping prevent accidental activation and improving overall safety for everyone on board.

This update will be performed free of charge at all authorized Hyundai dealerships and will only take a short time to complete.

A total of 123 PALISADE Hybrid units in the Philippines are included in this service action. Affected customers will be contacted directly by their respective dealerships with instructions on how to book their appointment.

Hyundai Motor Philippines encourages all affected customers to have their vehicles updated as soon as possible to ensure optimal performance and safety.
